I am an avid runner and soccer player. Over the years, my body has taken more than its fair share of abuse. A few years ago, I began to have incredible problems with (what I thought was) my lower back. I went to orthopedic surgeons, kinesiologists, chiropractors, active release specialists, and several massage therapists (none of whom could offer any real help beyond a pill or "come back in 2 weeks") before finding Titus. Unlike everyone who had come before him, Titus took the time to truly understand what could be causing my pains. He then taught me how the muscles and joints worked with one another, how they responded to different types of stretching and strength training, and how to use that knowledge to begin to resolve my issues by getting to the root of the problem (which is not always where the pain seems to be!). Through his work and his teachings, I have been able to achieve flexibility and comfort in my lower back (and hips!) that I have not had in over a decade. Thanks, Titus!

Titus’ expertise and knowledge of the body made the deep tissue massage I received invaluable in helping me regain and maintain my health. When I first started treatments I could barely walk and was very stiff all over with minimal flexibility.
